Our Room Rates

We have modern, comfortable, Superior Twin Rooms, and a range of more affordable Standard Rooms, as well as Basic Rooms for the budget-conscious.

For weekly and month stays, we also have long term discount pricing available by phone.

A credit card number will be taken to hold a reservation. In the event of non arrival, or cancellation of the booking giving less than 24 hours notice, a charge equivalent to the value of one night’s accommodation at the full rate at which the booking reservation was made will be charged to the card.

Except for our Ground Floor, Disability Accessible Room, all Twin & Double Rooms are on the First Floor, and we do not have Lifts.

For Rooms booked Months in Advance, all customers must contact us by phone or email to reconfirm your Booking details (Arrival Time, Room Type, Taxi details, etc) with the B&B, within 4 weeks of your Visit.

Basin in the room, shared Shower and Lavatory facilities a few steps down the passage.
Weekend Rate: £35.00
per night, for 2 or more Nights, Friday to Sunday – incl Bank Hol Mondays.

Single Standard En-Suite: £44.00
Our standard, compact rooms, with modest Shower room facilities.
